At OPI we service Canon ImageRunner copiers, fax machines, laser and wide format printers, and other various office machinery. We can also perform out of warranty service on most brands of computers. We maintain and service over 700 digital copiers, including full color copiers, with approximately eighty percent of these being networked in our service area. We adhere to Canon's policy of providing quality service by having two of our technicians certified on any new copier prior to the sale of that model. Our technicians and service manager are all Canon factory trained.
Our 60 mile service radius is very beneficial if your copier would happen to go down. Using our up-to-date computer system we are able to dispatch service calls with an average response time of four hours.
We maintain a replacement parts inventory of over $150,000.00 which saves time and reduces the need for ordering replacement parts.
Our computer technicians are A+ Certified and we have a network engineer on staff.
